I'm selling anxietyforum.com to gather funds for other priority projects. The domain does get very little traffic from MSN (http://extremetracking.com/open;ref1?login=affforum), but it's not the selling point for this domain.
As you know, there are tens of millions of people, just in the United States itself, who are diagnosed with some sort of anxiety. This domain could be extremely valuable as a forum.
I am the previous owner of http://www.anxietyforum.net, and with very little work at all I was able to the site to an average of 200 uniques per day. The same and more can be done for the ".com" TLD.
Taking offers via pm also.
