I have bought a domain from buydomains.com i requested the price the seller gave me the price i bought it .through buydomains.com. i got a mail from the seller that he has sold to some one else and buydomains.com will refund...can this happen is he legally viable to sell the domain to me ???.till now i have not been refunded nor i got the domain ? i contacted buydomains.com turned with no response .......
