the first one doesnt make a lot of sense even without the hyphen IMO, the second one would be worth something if the hyphen would be like this: weightloss-clinic, but its not, I dont think those have any value to a reseller, and I cant really see you being approached by an end user for those.

Another wonderful appraisal!!! Good job!!! Ok ignore everything that he just told you. I listed weight-losshelp.com on here...and sold it through sedo for low $xxx. So ignore what he just said you have a good weight loss domain. That's the best thing about this place.....no one really has a clue. They all get to just throw crap appraisals out there and move to the next.

But someone with an actual Weight Loss Clinic and a budget that cannot afford them WeightLossClinic.com might buy Weigh-LossClinic.com for $100.

DreamLife.com would've been sold for $5k here
But eventually sold for $125k

there's a member here, Varchar, who sold his Supernatural.com to a reseller, who later on sold it at another auction for a profit of $100k

An end user might give a million even for a name like xoadda.com o something
A reseller wont even take it for free...
