I'm from the Philippines so our domain names end in .ph and .com.ph. Anyone know if it's worth it to invest in PH domain names? Will we be able to resell them and will they have value let's say 3-5 years from now?

FYI, to purchase a .ph or .com.ph it would cost around $35 a year with a minimum of two years.

Thanks.

I would say that you are in a better position than me to assess the local market.
Is .ph heavily used by local businesses ? If yes then there may be a market for good keywords. Otherwise, treat it as a long term investment, provided the registry is run in a clean and trustworthy manner. Some ccTLDs are unpopular because the locals just don't trust the registry.
TBH I can't remember a single .ph sale. Dnsaleprice has only one.

I think lately I've seen some .ph domain names getting popular but I'm still not sure if it is heavily used. Although if I do a search on some good keywords, there are a lot that are gone but aren't in use yet. What do you think of this? Someone must be seeing its potential?

The sellers look to be trustworthy though but the price is just crazy especially here in the Philippines. I wonder when it would become cheaper lol.
