Are there any soft/web tools you can feed a list of several domains at once to see which ones are modified or not?

So not the domain - it's the website. There are plenty of website monitoring tools according to a google search for 'how to monitor 3rd party website for changes'. I have never used any so can't say but if you have any programming knowledge it is quite simple to write your own.
