I was looking for a name for someone else this pm and noticed that anyurl.com had just dropped, so I reg'd it. Now I've got home I need to decide what to do.
What value would you put on anyURL.com?
Do you think it is a better name than umpteenth.com for a site listing domains for sale?
What value would you put on umpteenth.com as a novelty domain?

anyURL.com - sounds great for a links site.
any-url.com is regisitered but it's a dead site.

Nope - I only buy good interesting domain names with character.

What's wrong with any URL anyway? I think it's a great 3x2.

I like anyurl.com much better than umpteenth.com

for the umpteenth time, my vote is with anyurl

I don't know what's the matter with you guys - umpteenth.com is fun

anyurl.com is sensible and commercial and wears a collar and tie - where are your souls :D

Go with umpteenth then for pete's sake. :swg:

I think AnyURL.com would work very nicely for a WebRing community site.

umpteenth - Fun name yes but what can anyone do with it?

It's not as good as domains.com either, I'd much rather have that, but you have to go with what you can find and what you can afford. URL appears in a lot of web pages - probably more than domain name because it's more specific.

The only names aren't just regs. Plenty of people selling good names. You post new names every day. Just stop regging a few days, put that money together..and get a name you like.

AnyUrl.com is better for a domain reg site.
Can you deliver on the promise of any url?

If you've got the money, I'll get you the url. But I can't get you microsoft.com for DN$s

It would be great for a fun site, but who would think to go there for domain reg?
