thanks for the input... i bought those names years ago and successfully ran a few adult sites. had to close shop for various reasons (ie. g/f hated the biz).
freehardcorepictures.com received tons of traffic (est. 100,000+ per month)... mainly because scores of sites liked to link to this free site plus a large number of search engine referrals. i ultimately used this site to refer traffic to my other pay sites.
teengangbangs.com didn't receive as much traffic but the conversion rate was excellent... presumably due to the allure factor involved w/ the name/content.
any thoughts on a price range for each of the above? i've received a few appraisals but the range was btwn $1,000 ~ $50,000 which isn't a good value indicator. definately not worth the fee

You are talking here about developed sites with revenue, not names only.
It is business like any other one. Thoughts here are devided about valuating such businesses, in a wide range.
You can hear that the price should be anything from two months revenue to two years revenue!
Of course, there are many other factors involved, which should be carefuly examined before final valuation, like in your case traffic deduction of other sites providing the traffic for the main site, seasonality of traffic, actuality, honesty, etc, etc.

I don't think that adult names have much value without the traffic and/or memberships. There are SO many variations on the terms sex, porn, boob, bang, oral...that adult domain names are, well, not a dime a dozen, but not worth much more than $6.95 each with one of those enom reseller accounts.
Just do a search at deleteddomains - pick an adult term and see what pops out and then take your pick or brainstorm a variation.
Now, if you are thehun.com or worldsex.com - that is a different story!
