I`m quite confused about Austrian extensions.

co.at should be for companies but then .at ?
It`s just like indian .co.in and .in

Just like .com.pk and .pk (the second level domain got open last year, was banned before)

.co.at = second level
.co = first (root) level

value I don't know bro...stick with the really prime ones.

yes, but actually .co.at is intended for companies.....I think this should have some worth....but I have never seen any sale of .co.at while I saw some .at

By the way, what price did you find to reg a .pk ?

Cheers

.co.at or .at it all comes down to traffic. you might wanna check on alexa what the people in austria prefer to type, and the decide. These are my 2 cents.

to be frank, I rather have a domain with traffic then a domain without.

I think it depends....

If you get a very good name you automatically get the traffic, for example I would prefer to have:
music.com
than
topmusicfreemp3enjoy.biz

There are many situacions that can be considered.

If you are live in Austria and you will operate the domain as website,
co.at can some good but, you will not operate the domain directly,it
has least good, .at is more good than .co.at
good luck

thanks.....funny is that on wikipedia it says that co.at was introduced for companies.....

I think that these double extensions like in India , in France or in Austria should be eliminated.
