Not a bad domain however requires development. Otherwise only $xx maybe low $xxx. If you can sell to somebody in the "virtual pets" industry but considering the lack of awareness of .info domains I think this would be tough.

You could build a mini site about virtual pets, pics, tips on caring for virtual pets, etc and make money from ppc. Some virtual pet games/websites also have affiliate programs. You could setup the site in the guise of an online store, with pics of the "pets", prices, description etc. Links to buy/download. Categories: dogs, cats, monsters, girls, etc.
