For Sale Anybody else having this NW problem?

For some reason, I have not been able to log in for a week at Name Winner. All I get is a blank screen that says "account error" at the top.

I emailed customer support and finally got an email saying to enable cookies because he could access my account fine.

Well, I have had cookies enabled and I have not altered the security of my browser in months. I played with my security to allow anything for a few minutes, but could still not access my account.

Think it could be my IP? I added a lot more names to my watch list than usual a couple of weeks ago.

Now, I just got outbid on a name yesterday and I have no way of further increasing the bid.

Any help here would be appreciated.

I guess it's your username and/or password; maybe you type it wrong.
