thanks brother,I did read it,but not sure about it is legal or not.

I never heard a VC needs upfront fee,it is said this is dangerous,right?

Especially this:
Global Commercial Venture Project Funding up to 100% Project loans. 8% interest rate (subject to change). Equity taken in total project 45% (subject to change). Min US$ 5 Million up to US$ 50 Mil. Will consider higher amounts up to no max by special request only.

If the VC seeker cannot pay the loan fund back ,he lost 45% of equity. Then why use loan way?
I have no idea about this? is this common in USA?

I heard there is a website to check the VC is true or not,where is it?

it is said AAY invested lots of big projects,who knows?
