I've bought about 10 domains from tdnam, about 1 week ago received emails saying the transaction had been completed, I still don't have any names in my account, and support cant seem to give me a good answer.

Anybody completed a transaction or had the same problems?

Thanks

I have heard horror stories about them here at DNF.
apparently some people pay, and the old owner renews, and its a big mess...

Also, the interface sucks.

Yes, it is being a horror story, I had a few names wich old owners renewed, but these supposedly have completed, but I still have not heard of anyone to actually be able to use.

I must say at the moment everything seems to suck, interface, support ... But some of the names are good so I dont want to give up without a fight ;)

How many days after the auction can the owner renew the domain?

What happens if the owner does renew? How does GD refund, if at all?!

Well according to their agreement approximately 45 days, they refund your credit card, I have had 3 refunds so far.
