Wanted: Service Anyone familiar with phpMyAdmin?

I have a script that needs me to use this and I am very unfamiliar with it. I have this file and I need to somehow take that data and put it into my MySQL DB using phpMyAdmin. Can anyone help? I can email you the file or copy and paste it into a PM.

Go to phpMyAdmin and select a database. Then select SQL. Then there will be a text box and under it, it will say or Location of text file. Upload your text file in there, and it should work let us know.
