I have many names at manage.snapnames.com and would like to move some to moniker.com(lower renewal fees and $1 privacy)

I have no problems getting the auth codes, but they are wrong, at least according to moniker.

When I contacted manage.snapnames.com through their 'HELP >> Request Support' links, they emailed me and said the codes are correct.
after a few weeks, I emailed manage.snapnames.com again, this time they said they've changed the auth code to 'xxxxxxxx' for all my names.
guess what moniker said? that's right, the codes are still incorrect.

What else can I do? Does anyine have a phone number so I can talk to a person?

Has anyone else had transferring out problems of manage.snapnames.com?

Never had problems, when they set me EPP codes they are valid. Also you can do it by yourself - just click "manage domain secret" and change it. Are those domains you are trying to transfer 60 days old ?

at least 60 days old. some are a few years old now, since I cant transfer, only renew.

I'll try to change the code, like you advise, although this appears to be my only option:
Click here to view your Domain Secret over a Secure Connection.

{edit} thanks denny I see the link you are talking about.
I will try to change the auth code and attempt to re-transfer.

Click here to view your Domain Secret over a Secure Connection.
Don't use the default one is usually ionvalid, change it to something else and it will work 100%.

thanks john, but did you read my first post?
I have emailed manage.snapnames. My first post explains their response.
Are those phone numbers you're providing for manage.snapnames.com ?
