just wanted your thoughts about this domain: www.apartment.biz. Will be developed soon, like the one it is pointing to at the moment.

I like it....although I, personally, would not put a portal on it. To me, the .biz names, are for business related websites, as in running a business of that type. If it were me, I would probably create an Apartment guide ebook that would be for people interested in managing an apartment complex or something like that.

Developing it is a good idea. Will definitly increase the value.

One word is good. Dot Biz is not and could be confused with apartmentS.biz.
Maybe someone wanting it for search engine optimization will pay $500. A few thousand at most if very lucky.
Maybe someone in the "Apartment Business" B2B type busines name but this is not apartmentS for renters.
