Not much here. Apartments are more into design and sales if you are looking after google searches + Its a .co and not a .com
You should buy a domain that is either short and brandbale OR buy one with a decent search volume and Cost Per click.
try to always stick to the .com its more than 20x the retail price of others.
My 2 cents.

Estibot is an accredited valuation tool. Having said that, their End user (ultimate selling price) is $600. Also, its a .co and this would keep you always in a bad negotiation power my friend. You want to buy domians that have potential to always go above the 1K mark.
