Great domain, according to namebio.com seller lost $2500+ sedo fees (15%-1515$), so totally over $4k .

CloudApp.com sold for $24,000 when it was dropped back in 2012. It dropped along with Cloudservers.com which seems to have found a new home.

Assuming the recent post of its earnings when put up for sale on DNF, the dip of USD/EUR pair during time of ownership and higher paying PPC from that era... I'd say the sale broke even if the seller was the $12k buyer... big loss if $24k. However, businesses love losses at the end of the year. ;) ;)

Not a bad day for "cloud" domain sales. I just sold CloudBackup.net for $5250 over at Flippa. Naturally, I would have preferred $10,100! But probably not if it involved taking a loss.
