highest offer i received so far was US$ 4500, and i would have sold if i wasn't planning on developing it. i don't have the time right now because of a cell phone project, so i wanted to give some people the opportunity to use the traffic as long as i am busy with my other project (which will probably be 1 year!).
i only had one guy being serious about it and a couple of ridiculous i will buy it for $XX offers, so only contact me if you are serious about it!

What is the advantage of leasing the domain for a year? If I did that, after a year I no longer own the domain (or website which may have been developed during that time). I think you're better off leasing with an option to buy, or selling the domain outright. I would be interrested but I hate to build up a website for a year and get traffic going to it only to lose the domain name. PM me if you would consider a higher purchase offer.
