Less than reg fee. Nearly impossible typo (unless you drop the keyboard?). :sorry:
The name is actually worth less than zero. Here's why: The name is not unique and has no value. It is no different than eklahoma, uklahoma, or anything else. So, you are starting at zero. Now, by asking for an appraisal and thinking of ways to market the name, you are cutting into potential profits because you could be spending time on your best names.
Outside the box only works if you are still close enough to the box for it to make sense. Less than a year ago I hand-regged 50YearMortgage.com and sold it recently for $5,300. Anyone in the world could have regged that, and it wasn't too hard to foresee, but I got it. I had many inquiries on the name this year, and a number of offers as well, so it was a legitimate sale.
Stick to names that make sense. If you start going down the road of fitting a square peg into a round hole then you will waste way too much time and the next thing you know you will be regging .us names or even IDNs.
When starting out the best advice is to keep it simple. Maybe pay a little extra money for something decent instead of dreaming up names and re-inventing the language. Within a few months time you should be able to hand-register some decent names...mostly in breaking technology or current events.
Good luck!
