I would like to sell the weblog site Motivandote.Net including the domain name, and I would like to hear some comments on the price I could ask.
Basic Info
"Motivandote" means motivating you and the topic of the weblog is very general, the idea is to include suggestions for motivating things to do, related to music, trips, earning money, meeting people...
History Info
The domain use to hold a very popular spanish forum so it keeps getting visits from former users. Also, it is indexed in Google so some traffic comes from there. It has currently a PR1 rank.
The weblog has been online for 3 months now (since october 2005) and it has only a few posts (check the site in the URL specified above). It receives over 100 monthly uniques without any update since october, when all the posts were written, so a little of regular updating will increase the visits for sure.
Technical Info
The weblog has been programmed using ASP and a Microsoft Access database. It includes a nice backoffice that makes it very easy to add new posts, moderate comments, add links, edit info about weblog authors and banned words to avoid spam. If you want to take a look to the back office, just pm and I will send you a demo username and password.

I am selling the weblog because I own several others and I dont have the time to go on with all of them. I decided to sell motivandote because it has potential (the domain was formerly used as a forum and the idea is quite catchy) but the traffic is decreasing due to lack of regular update.
I think it is a nice catch for any spanish speaking webmaster with a little time to include posts regulary (weekly would be enough imo to start a traffic growing).
