Hello all. I have a few domains I'd like to have appraised but at this time just want to do one.

The domain name is 56k.ca. Presumably it could be used for a dialup provider. It is undeveloped (parked) and has had 5-10 visits per month for the last 4 months (essentially no traffic).

Thanks for the input.

Bruce, unfortunately i don't think the traffic warrants development. IMO, the "ca" extension kills it, otherwise 56k is not bad at all. I think you would have to put in lots of marketing time into this one to get traffic, but if your willing to put that kind of money and effort into it, it could pay off. Just my 2 cents

Good luck

The .ca extension may "kill" the domain name for value in the US, but the extension is known to canadians of course. I guess I should have stated that information and asked if the domain had a value to a canadian company rather than a general audience.

Yes, i know the "ca" extension works for canadians... nonetheless you said 5-10 visits per month, and I assumed you were describing all traffic visits. Regardless, this domain is worth what you make of it ... im not sure that it has canadian company retail value without traffic and the decreasing popularity of 56k modems. Just my two cents... good luck
