No, this domain is not receiving any traffic, at the moment. I haven't developed any website for this domain, and I'm not planning to do so. Just wanna sell the domain.
Btw, you're right - this domain was available in an auction.
Do you think $800 would be a good price for that one?

as for $800 - at this price range, any domain name is purchasable
... maybe list it also at Sedo > it.com domains are seeing success there, maybe you can piggyback on them.
