just registered this domain name recently as i find that it has alot of potential.

"selling guide" has a search results of 77,600,000 for yahoo, and 245,000,000 for google. quite a no. of the "buyingguide" extensions has been snapped up on the other hand.

i got my first offer of $150 today, and the buyer told me that i wouldnt be able to get much more than $250 for it, partly because of the .net extension as well, although he was willing to up the bid a bit more.

I thought the .net extension sits rather well with the name as many 'selling' takes place on the 'net' as well.

Sorry I'm still relatively new in this area, and i ask for your appraisal for comparison. anyone?

Tell him you want $500 and then see what price he offers you next and then take it.

Well buyers for that name could be a bit difficult to come by.....

try to haggle for a high XXX....or setel for atleast 500 $ find out how deep their pockets are

i believe a good selling point for the name is that it commits a high no. of search results. i see, so a resonable value for the name would be set for mid xxx ?
