Personally, I'll go with the $250.00... if that was their first offer, better believe they can go higher.. (No one tells the seller how much they're willing to pay for it straight out :kev: )
Hold on to it. If they ever approve the .xxx tld (I think they will), you will be in the catbird seat ( low to mid xx,xxx). If you can't wait, take it to the adult forum or develop it as a PPC page for adult sites. Either way, far more than regfee. Undeveloped high xxx to low x,xxx for end user or enlightened reseller.

Most people when they make offers go under the amount by so many dollars of what they will pay for it. Counter offer, they will counter offer your counter offer if they are interested and you will be happy.
