closed Appraisal: UselessFun.com

Hello --
I've owned UselessFun.com for six years now and the site has been a hobby of mine, although the site will probably be down for the next ten days.

I've been wondering what it would sell for ... I wouldn't sell it unless I would make a decent chunk. My recent (free) appraisals have said: $17,400 (Zetetic) and $7099 (LeapFish) . Of course none of these are from actual people.

Any appraisals would be greatly appreciated.

Any ideas, anyone? I've already had people ask me what my price is, but I don't have much of a clue what to ask for. Any help would be much appreciated!
