Very low Google links. Less than 100 actually. It does not justify the PR - I wonder if you were had, if you bought it based on its PR figure.

After going to the link you provided, click on any of those links. Then View Source, enter "qlic" and you'll see there is no such link.

That's because qlic.com was apparently pointed to another domain, of PR7, and over a - short - period of time it inherited its PR. The PR7 is very temporary. It's a known method to pump up the PR.

Now, if you go to Google.com and enter "glic.com" in the search, you'll get 45 results. These are the actual web sites that do contain links or references to qlic.com
