I need some help with this and would appreciate any opinions.
Scenario 1: Assume a 3 word domain name with 200,000 exact searches a month, high brandability, high market commercialization, and high desirability is appraised for $5000. for Domain name only and nothing else.
Scenario 2: Same domain name including website with 100 pages of unique content and first page Google ranking (6th spot).
Assuming the $5000 is accurate for domain name only in Scenario 1, is their anyway to logically evaluate the same domain as describe in Scenario 2? Or come up with a fair selling price for domain and content?
