Domain Name: www.AccordTV.com

My company registered the URL www.accordTV.com for use as a Broadband Honda Accord Television Channel. We are currently developing the technology to accomplish this at this time.
I was notified via an attorney there is a financial institution in France who is challenging the URL as a trademark infrigement. They would like to utilize the URL "AccordTV.com" for use in the financial sector in France for their bank.
We had planned to use this domain, but we have other registered URL's that we could utilize. The other URL's are not nearly as strong as "AccordTV.com"
They have offered an "amicable settlement" without being specific.
Where should I go from here. What do you think this domain would be worth?
