Turn the domain into a portal and generate some traffic, a buyer will come along someday. They always do.

If you seem to have some insight into the value of your name beyond what you've already stated, then please add it to the Appraisal, or @ face value, and on today's market, I would say this names are only worth reg-fee imo.

I, along with many others, believe .eu is wildly over-inflated with pumped-up speculation therefore I would err on the side of caution to think .eu is as valuable as what most people believe.

What sales precedents have been set thus far?

When the dust settles over the coming months and years, you will be able to gauge a better judgement of value - just a bit premature yet to get an accurate valuation with the current market conditions the way they are.

No stats to support any value at all. No url-bar type-ins, no overture, no KEI, no decent Goo, no ad campaigns, no significant keyword bids. It will be years before .eu gets any significant traffic, so you're going the search route, and it would be better that you find some keywords that people actually search. If all the one and two keyword strings are taken, go with hyphens, as those are picking up in demand and they may even work better for seo.
