I will watch the possible trademark infringement. Its just name and surname and I am in South Africa which can be quite a safe haven. And a quick check showed that "Rachel Day" "Rachel Ray" are both not registered trademarks in USA or UK. But I did find Rachel Zoe in a couple of countries so please beware=> She is going to rule the world. (She is a POWERFUL stylist to the stars about to launch an international brand.)

1) A Jazz Vocalist in UK: RachelDay(dot)co.uk
2) An Author: RachelBDay(dot)com
3) An actress listed on www.imdb.com/name/nm3223427/
4) and a couple of professionals on linked.

I want to approach them with a good price and sell the domain off. I just need a good price point to work with.

seems like an unwise move to me.
