apraisal wise, it really doesnt make sense unless you want to use it for a specific project beforehand (i.e. brand it).

are you translating from another language into English?
This is a common mistake in many cultures.
Perhaps (an example), 'Arab mind' in Arabic has a strong meaning, but when translated to English, it doesnt make sense.
There are many such examples using Greek, French, German...etc....
