Its is getting a very good amount of unique hits, which are growing all the time. The website has only been open 2 months now, but is already doing very well.

The vbulletin licence is worth $80
The hosting is worth 216.252 USD / £130 (the rest of the year is payed for)
It is getting good traffic
That traffic can easly be turned into revenue.

Please keep your comments on topic.

There are obviously more than a few hosting companies to choose from based on service level, system integrity, etc.

Also, please recognize that asking prices is not just a factor of the tangible inputs: hosting costs, domain, etc. Development and design time (among many other factors) should be considered as well.
