I only see Yahoo ads on there now. Why the change?

Does the site come along with the DN forum member YPN account? Would they agree to it?

As I stated in the origional post, no advertising has been used whatsoever. None, natta, zip, zilch, zero.

I am using Yahoo ads because they make more income than any other revenue source I have tested.

Unfortunately, one cannot buy or sell YPN accounts, but you could always sign up for your own account,

The site is really neat! A couple of Questions: Where do all of the games come from? Do we own the games if we buy the site?...or do we pay subscription based licensing fees to the game developers? If so...what are the licensing costs per month paid to the game content providers?

The games were collected from around the internet, so you do not own the games with the ArcadeDevil site. However, we are not paying for any of the games. Since the sites appear in frames, the sites that own the games are getting free publicity and are usually happy with this. If for some reason another sites wants you to remove their game, this can be done easily and quickly.

I have not asked YPN specifically about this ad setup as of yet.

I am actually testing Adsense on the site currently, looks like it will make about $35 today.

I am still looking for around $10,000 as Adsense doesn't have a problem with the images next to ads and therefore the sale is much less risky than it would be with YPN (although YPN's TOS doesnt say anything against images next to ads).
