Say i have a domain GUH.CA and their was a trademark for GUHCA. Is it trademark infringement or am i in the clear to sell or use the domain?

depends on the usage of "guhca" and your usage of "guh.ca"

may also depend on what extension "guhca" currently uses, are they using .com, .ca or some other extension

Better example. I own GUH.co and they use GUHCO.com. They also have the trademark GUHCO.

as long as you dont contact them and offer them the domain as an option then your fine. Do not use adsense or advertising on the pages related to their services and you should have no issues.

Their company has no right to use .co extension as piece to their trademark.

Sounds good. Had no plan to even make them aware but just in case they came across it some day i wanted to know how to handle it. Thanks!
