Are .mobi names becoming valuable yet? Any value in these?

I have several .mobi names that I have parked right now. Is the market coming around to them or will it take a couple of years?

I have only seen the premium names (fun.mobi and flowers.mobi) go for big dollars, but are less premium .mobi domain names picking up speed yet?
