Are NameJet/NetSol now plucking good names for themselves/preferred clients ?

I entered a domain, YBSR.com, into Namejet back order on 20th February. Now I see that on 24th February it was regged WITHOUT MY HAVING ANY CHANCE TO BID to ;

I have seen NetSol take possession of valuable expired domains, but those names never made it to any auction.
