Seems like everyone went to SquadHelp and BrandBucket has lost traction.

SH sucks now too though.

I have asked them on Twitter .. I'm trying not to touch the backend - leaving this to our @DNF Admin (2 cooks in 1 kitchen can be a bad idea).
