I bought these domains easytocredits.com, simplycash.net, and optimizeonline.org I am a beginner in domain selling and want guidance.

Probably not. Try to one of two things. .Com or country code domain names that make sense in their region. .net and org are not great for branding, though if you can get them in addition to the .com sometimes that’s a plus.
Org can be used for certain terms but generally you don’t want them for commercial purposes.
