I just wondered if forum domains are worth anything undeveloped for example :

XXXforum.com
Carforum.com
playstationforum.com
pcforum.com

I do not own any of these,they are just examples !

I know its difficult to generate cash of forum sites unless its dnforum LOL

yes, they are worth quite a bit...

they can be difficult to monetize, but also extremely valuable and bring in great returns if developed correctly.

Too extend the thread what about country code prime forum names.

I own CarForum.com.au and i know theres not much value now as you can push to others but this could happen in the future what you think?

they are easy to sell to someone who is out to make a forum with that subject, but hard to sell to reseller. thats why im dev. hippyforum.com
