Regarding Hong Kong company formation, we have cooperated with some secretary agencies that can assist with setup, bookkeeping, and annual audits. However, please note that opening a Hong Kong company's bank account must be done in person.

No trip to HK sorry to say getting old. 79 years young now, and just recovering from a major (expensive) heart attack though well on the mend.
