If I registered apple.com there is nothing Apple could do if I used it to promote apple (the fruit) and apple (the fruit) related products.

One panelist - not bad at all BTW.

Good decision.

I'm taking a law class this semester at university, and it's all about domain names. My lecturer is world renknowned in this field, and interestingly, he was talking about the fact that names like fordsucks.com can't be wipo'd easily. Was reading through some wipo decisions from 08 and saw a few similar that were denied.

Well, it's called computer society and the law 2, and I didn't realise it was going to be mostly domains, but I had to laugh when I discovered.
