I listed this site in December and had 2 people commit to buy. Both of them renegged. I will not list their usernames but if you find the old thread you can see for yourself.

The site uses a MySql database and the custom front ended was coded by myself. To update the product links there is a CGI script that you can run manually whenever you like. It automatically pulls the latest data from Art.com.

Front end has a single file to change so that your affiliate ID is embedded.

Revenue is minimal. $20 in december month through affilate sales. You could probably make lot by putting adsense on the product pages.

Registered at Godaddy.

I received 2 offers to buy for $900 in December. Since then traffic has increased so I will make $800 the starting bid and $1,200 the BIN.

The price is based on the heavy traffic and the fully customized front end. This site is 100% original. The traffic is not being properly monetized so pricing it based on revenue makes no sense. When you buy an art affiliate template site (which can cost more than $100), you are only getting the script which has zero commercial value. Surely you are not comparing a template script with a custom designed front end, PR4, and 300 visits per day in traffic??. By that logic, a PHPBB forum with 2,000 users is not worth anything either.
