asking about expired .com domain

i was waiting for a domain that was registered through joker, last month i saw it should be drop on 25 may 2009, then suddenly now joker renew the domain name untuk 2012 and the status of the domain is UNPAID.
does anyone know their rules? will the domain go drop soon ? because when i mail them asking about the unpaid domain, they never reply my email.

a registrar typically will not tell you about the payment status of a domain within their data base, if you don't own it.

best to check a reliable whois source and place a backorder on it, if you ever want to catch it.
