This is one of those domains that is a 'hold and wait domain'.
Make sure you have it parked properly, optimise the keywords of course, and make sure in the 'WhoIs' info is the fact that the domain is for sale. This is an end-user sale you are looking for, sale to another domainer would bring in low bucks here, but an end user could well pay $x,xxx for it (what size $x,xxx will depend on their desire to use the name and your negotiation skills).
This is perhaps one of the most awkward .com dictionary words I have even tried to appraise, it definately has a niche market and end use, but the size of that niche I could not even hazzard a guess at (it is probably larger than I imagine - overture proves this).
Good luck with the domain, I am sure it will pay for itself in parking revenue so it will not cost you anything to hold onto.
