It's main value is for someone who wants the word 'assembled' which is a past tense term. They generally aren't the greatest. Considering the extension as part of the domain name isn't generally of value. Reg fee-$25 is my take. .IN may become very big but it's very new now.

Nice domain. I think something along the lines of Radistar, a directory of outsourcing companies would be great (Assembled.in/Mexico, Assembled.in/China). Good value if developed, IMO.
