Anybody else notice a massive marketing campaign for student loans directing consumers to astrive399.com

Why pick such a bad domain name for an expensive marketing campaign

The commerical is running every 15 minutes but geez is this a memorable domain?

Am I missing something about the branding behind this campaign?
