Hello,

What do you think of my AtkinsDieting.com ?

A name for a website about the experiences of people on the Atkins Diet (TM).

I am fully aware of the trademark issues and plan to build a pure discussion and critique-site on the domain with moderated forums and such. This is something that is fully allowed within the framework of the law.

The traffic will then be used to sell weightloss-products and services that are not in competition with the Atkins TM.

I very much look forward to hearing your thoughts on the domain and possibly get appraisals in case I decide to sell rather than to develop myself.

There is a lot out there about atkins dieting and I'm not sure that it would be a problem, based on your intention to use it for a discussion forum about experiences with the atkins diet.
My main concern would be:-

I think you would have to be very careful about the detail of that.
Might be worth a legal opinion.

Discussion and critique is allowed when dealing with trademarks.
That's not cybersquatting but a right under the free speech law.

I just got to be very careful with the commercial aspect. But as a traffic magnet the domain is definitely valuable.

Anybody dares to put a price-tag on the domain (provided the trademark issues are not a problem) ?
