Casino sites have been very successful at udrp/legal in the past so if they are digging with a view to take it further, I can't see you winning and anything you say WILL be used in any udrp/court decision.

btw: belgian law is irrelvant here, the company is US based and if any infringment were found it would be infringment of a US trademark in a US court. Though the more likely outcome would be a arbitration.
