This is looking like one great auction. Congrats. Hope it just keeps going up as I own vlogosphere.mobi and vlogdir.mobi which are on Sedo as well.

I have really no idea and think the following two things are important:

1. dotmobi is in its very early stage
2. a VLOG is in its very early stage

Thats why I think it will gain $ 8,888...

With which domain you can make more money as an enduser?

Callgirls.mobi or Vlog.mobi

I think the combination of a new TLD and a new sort of blog is a big risk for the buyers...

On the other hand. The risk is not yours anymore. You got a nice profit!

I am surprised it didn't go for 3 times more, but like webecri says, there may be reasons at this early stage with new term & new extension.

nice sale and profit... i too agree, 'vlog' is a nice cutting edge term, but wether it becomes truly mainstream and lasts is another story.

Congrats on the sale Jedi, I did expect it to go for slightly higher but still $6k is a nice flip at this early stage.
