Check attorney.mobi!
..."The domain name attorney.mobi was auctioned illegally by Sedo. We have informed Sedo about this. The auction is under question & correspondances are going on with Sedo. We are no way responsible for that auction!"...
Anybody know what happened?? How is this possible??

Yea, i had my suspicion about SEDO and Pool.com.
If you notice, a lot of these domain names are reserved by Pool.com and some guy from Florida and Chigago.
I remembered pool.com had sent a list of some .mobis that preregisters did not pay for. I called pool.com (as they requested), and asked them for the names. They then said that they names were purchased. BS, i think. If you look now, you can see:
mpd.mobi
chu.mobi
etc.
are STILL in pool.com's possession. They are auctioning them off somewhere else. The sent the list out to .mobi buyers to get their response. The more responses they had, the more they keep the names. I think, that is.
I had already reported these to mtld, but it may take some time, they said.
Would love to hear others speak about this.

I'll take a shot Pred. I think it was Chad over at DS that originally said it, but it could apply here as well. "Your domains are never completely worthless, as they can always be used for a bad example."

Not suprised about this attorney.mobi scam.. sounds like either someone was having some fun or attempting to inflate the price of .mobi ..... and trust me its already inflated.
